The store is located in the heart of the medieval city of Galway.
Just off Eyre Square and before you get to Williams Street, you are greeted to the City of the Tribes by Williamsgate Street.
If your purchase is a gift for someone you can surprise them by having this sent directly to them.
When placing your order you are given an option for your billing address and delivery address.
It is a good idea to put the recipient’s phone number in the delivery address also as the Courier may need to contact them on delivery.
You can use the comments sections for any instructions regarding your order, for example if you would like it gift wrapped or if you would like to include a note to the recipient.
Our shipping methods depend on the items ordered and the delivery destination.
USA & Rest of World – Again orders are either sent by Federal Express or Registered Post and require a signature. There is no charge for delivery on all orders €240 or more, all orders under this value are charged according to country and range between €20 – €30.00.
Ireland – There is a charge of €6.95 for shipping within Ireland for orders under €70.00 and we use DHL, DPD Couriers and An Post. So if buying a gift for someone in Ireland why not ship it directly to them!
United Kingdom – All orders to the UK are sent by the very reliable Federal Express and require a signature. For all orders totalling €200 or more there is no charge for shipping, for orders beneath this there is a charge of €10.00.
Within 1-3 working days you will receive an email to let you know the status of your order. We aim to despatch all orders as fast as is feasible.
But please note each product on our website is subject to stock availability.
If a product is out of stock by clicking on the delivery tab of the product you will see a general guideline of order times.
Having said that most of our products are in stock and are dispatched within 1-3 days of order and when they are not you will receive a personal email confirming your order and approximate delivery date.
The best and most fool proof way to get your finger size is to go to your local jewellers. Here they will have a selection of ring sizes for you to try on to determine your size. It is also important to consider the ring you have in mind to purchase when getting your finger sized.
A wide band ring will fit tighter than a slim band of the same size. Your jeweller should be able to size you with both.
When purchasing a ring as a gift this may not be an option for you. In this instance what you can do is take a ring belonging to the recipient and get this measured at your local jewellers.
However please note that this is not always accurate as the ring may not be worn on the same finger or may not even be a perfect fit.
In any case getting an accurate ring size is essential especially when ordering diamond set rings, wedding bands and patterned bands as in some cases these rings can be expensive to resize or may not even be suitable for sizing.
If you are not sure it always best to let us know and we can advise.

However If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, you can exchange the item or receive a full refund provided you adhere to the following terms and conditions.

You must complete this form fully and return with the item within 30 days of purchase.
If the form is not completed you may incur a processing fee and a full refund if sought may not be given.
Unless the order arrived damaged or faulty you are responsible for the method of return.
It is important to use a safe and secure method of postage when returning goods as you the buyer are responsible. Unless the items were damaged or faulty on receipt and in this instance you must contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Provided your order has not been processed we can make any changes you require. If you want to add an item, have made a mistake with your personal details or want to change the delivery address it is not a problem. Just email us at email@example.com; there is always someone here to look after you!

Yes where possible we offer complimentary engraving on items purchased on Fallers.
Look for the engraving box labelled Engraving Text on the item.
Simply enter the text you wish to have engraved and we will look after the rest.
Please note you cannot return or exchange items that have been personalised.
