Customers who would like to return merchandise bought on our website may return these goods for exchange or refund* within 30 days. If you receive damaged goods, you must notify us by email on info@fallers.com within 7 days of receipt of the goods. Items must be unworn, in their original packaging and accompanied by a return form. 

* Please note: Refunds apply to online orders only, in line with EU policy. Items bought instore can be exchanged instore for another item or for a credit note

Return Process – Irish Orders : 

1. Contact us on info@fallers.com to let us know you are returning the item/s

2. Download and fill out the Return form

 

3. Return the package to:  Fallers Jewellers Online Returns, 10/12 Williamsgate Street, Galway, H91 V3WC – we would advise that you send the items back by registered post. Please note we cannot be held responsible for packages that do not reach us.

4. We will notify you once we receive the items back and they have been inspected to ensure they are unworn/unused. You should receive your refund within 5-7 working days, or, if exchanging your new items should be dispatched within 5 days.

Return Process – International Orders: 

 1. Contact us on info@fallers.com to let us know you are returning the item/s

2. We will email you the appropriate return form. 

3. Follow the instruction on the return form, making sure that the items is declared as a return with your postal provider. please also make sure that the return name matches the name on the original order, failure to do so WILL delay the process. 

4. We will notify you once we receive the items back and they have been inspected to ensure they are unworn/unused. You should receive your refund within 5-7 working days, or, if exchanging your new items should be dispatched within 5 days.

Please note:

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable and where exchange of goods is required, additional shipping charges will be incurred. 
  • Engraved, personalised or special order items cannot returned or exchanged.
  • international duties, taxes and admin charges that have been paid on orders paid to a 3rd party cannot be refunded by Fallers Jewellers
  • Items purchased online CANNOT be returned or exchanged in the shop.
