Sappho Collection

Newbridge Silverware channels classical history with their new Sappho Collection. Taking inspiration from the poet Sappho (7th century BC) to name their new jewellery collection. Sappho was one of the greatest poet of the classical period whose famous line “Someone Will Remember Us… ” has inspired the designers in Newbridge Silverware to create this very special collection. The jewellery pieces are drawn fro all over the classical world from Greece to Egypt and back to Rome, the colours are skimmed from the deep Augean and Mediteranean Seas where Ptolemythe great geographer drew the first map of Ireland (Hibernia) – later used by Brendan the Navigator in his voyages.
